After 38 years in education — as a teacher, instructional coach, and administrator — Kelli has always loved supporting and lifting others. She now uses her coaching training and lived experience to work with leaders and teams through values-driven coaching and workshops that clarify vision, deepen connection, and make follow-through feel natural.
Kelli partners with local nonprofits and community groups to design retreats and workshops specifically tailored to each team’s needs. After listening closely to the people, patterns, and tensions shaping the work, she helps clarify goals, build cohesion, create practical plans, and set up sustainable systems — all aimed at strengthening trust, energy, and the organization’s ability to make a difference.
